The WDGC monthly meeting will be held at Oddfellows Hall in down Corvallis on 2nd Street. We are continuing our experiment at finding a new meeting location for our monthly club meetings.

The agenda this month will be a focus on my vision for the club and how we will organize ourselves for success in the future. I I am accepting all agenda suggestions for future meetings as well as this one at any time. Please feel free to message me.

I will be focusing on the development of committees and organizing what those committees are responsible for, and gathering potential volunteers for those committees. The two most important committees that I feel need development and creation are a Budget Committee and a Works Party Committee. The idea will be to build teams for the treasurer and the greenskeepers to work with.

Everything is adjustable and adaptable as we learn what our needs are, please join us with an open mind and an attitude ready for discussion.

I was just playing around with the Calendar function here.  It's pretty straightforward.  It's easy to add a link to a local file (like the PDF entry form for Festivus).  This should be very useful for things like course maps, course changes planning and voting, etc.  It's pretty cool.  I'm glad you guys set this up.  I like Facebook as the community dialogue place with Groups.io as our nuts and bolts club work space.

Hey guys, fyi. None of this conversation made it to Facebook until this morning. You probably could have had more man power of you had.

I had a busy weekend and I didn't see any of this too late last night. I'm glad you guys have a working email group again, but it will be to our determent if we can only plan things amongst ourselves over email. The predominant population of this club is on FB, but if they don't know they can't help.

I'm glad y'all are getting shit done, but it also seems like a missed opportunity to me. This gap will exist in the club as long as you treat it like a gap.

CFR Color Glow Champion Shrykes and Aviar3s $20 each, $11.50 toward Festivus.
Players pack discs:
Shimmer Star Thunderbirds and Roc3s
Star Destroyers and Shrykes
Chamipon "Flat top" Firebirds.
Extra players pack discs sold at $18 each, $7.50 toward Festivus.

The mugs... love my glaze choices, I asked for 25 and got a few extras, won't have to break ties, should have extras for the top keg throwers in the Calapooia feats of strength.
