sept 29/30 is the most beautiful time of the year to play golf in the valley. People may not want to camp due to the chill nights. Just put something rain related (even handwarmers) in the players pack and the rain gods will be appeased.

July 7/8 (Bad Monkey Open) July 14/15 (Willamette Wash) Aug 18/19 (Calapooia Classic) Aug 25/26 (Next Adventure Am Championships) Sept 1/2 (Hornings Disc Golf Championships) Not sure who is running this or how big it will be
Sept 8/9 (Crystal Mountain WA, Possibly Eugene Celebration) Sept 15/16 (ORDGC) Sept 29/30 It may be possible to convince parks to let us stick to our original weekend if we are contained to the first two parking lots and do not go beyond the ball fields. What are the members thoughts? Should we slink back into late September again or should we try to compete with another event?

The Wash X July 14th

Hello Everyone, Food is provided at this event and once again will be prepared by members of my family. This is where I ask for money. Putting on this event will take about $1000.00 for food and discs. If I can get several $100.00 food and disc sponsors then none of the money from the event will need to be used to pay for food or discs. Any left over money from food/disc sponsors will go directly to the food share. If you would like to be a food/disc sponsor, please let me know. Food sponsorship gets you paid entry to the event and it is tax deductable! Contact me directly for more details. I have attached a flyer so feel free to print it up and tape it to your neighbor’s cubicle or their back, or crumple it up and throw it at their head (please don’t throw things at other people’s heads), which ever you prefer.
